How much does Shipping Cost ?
AED 10 per order. Items take 2-3 working days on average to arrive but can take upto 4 working days in some circumstances. The items are shipped from local fulfillment centers in the UAE.
Shipping is free for total order of AED 200 or more
Returns Policy
If for any reason the customer changes their mind or is not completely satisfied with their purchase, they can return the product (s) within 14 days of receiving them. The items should be in their original condition & packaging with no scratches / damage or wear / tear on the frame & lenses. Shipping fees and cash on delivery charges won’t be refunded.
You would have to email us at customercare@atomkids.me with the reason for return along with the copy of the invoice / purchase proof and photo of the product itself. Please mention the Order Number on the Subject line of the Email.
We shall then initiate a return and email you with the RETURN instructions. Once the product is received at our warehouse and it has passed our QA/QC check, we shall them process FULL REFUND amount back into the same account / mode through which the payment was made. It normally takes 3 to 5 working days for the payment to reflect into your account depending on the banking regulations
The refund will be issued to the original payment method. If you have paid using CASH ON DELIVERY option, the customer will receive ATOM KIDS credit that can be used for their next purchase at ATOM KIDS WEBSITE. Kindly note that ATOM KIDS will not do bank transfers if the original payment is through cash.
If in case the items returned are not within the acceptable conditions such as noticeable wear and tear, misuse, scratches on frames and lenses post delivery, or lack of valid invoice or order confirmation, the product(s) will be sent back to the customer along with an email explaining the reason for rejection.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of original date of purchase. Customer is required to send a EXCHANGE REQUEST to customercare@atomkids.me mentioning the reason for exchange ( size is small / big, color not suitable, change of mind etc ) and kindly also mention the Model Number of the item they want to exchange it with. The model number can be found on our website. The process of exchange is exactly same as the RETURN PROCESS except that in this case once the product is received at the warehouse and checked for QA/QC the exchange item shall be dispatched to the customer. The customer shall receive email updates during the exchange / return /refund process.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
