Shipping:

• We meticulously inspect all orders before shipping to ensure they are in perfect condition.
• Orders within the UAE will be delivered within 1-2 days of placing the order.
• Free shipping for orders within the UAE.
• Cash-On-Deliveries will be charged at 4% of the total order value.

Returns and Exchange:

Returns: 

• Full refund will be provided for product returns made within seven days of purchase, after product inspection has been done to ensure no damage has been caused by the customer.
• Refunds to be done and provided within 14 working days of the returned item via bank transfer only.
• No returns accepted or refunds provided for products returned after seven days of the purchase. 
• No refund will be provided if the product returned has been damaged by the customer.
• Any product under promotional (or bundle) offer will not be accepted after seven days of purchase.

Exchange:

• Any exchange request must be done within seven days of purchase and should be of the similar product price point. 
• Any exchange request for a higher priced product will have an additional charge of the order value difference. If the product exchange request is of a lower value, then the difference will be reimbursed within 14 working days via bank transfer only.
• One time free exchange policy is applied (across all promotional and normal circumstances). If customers are asking for a second (or more) time exchange, then an additional shipping charge of AED 25 will apply per delivery.
• Promotional (or bundle offer) products can be exchanged with only those products that are under the same promotion and of the same individual value. 
• If customers will purchase a promotional bundle offer and then request later to buying just one (or more) of the bundled products and return the rest of the products from the bundle, then the full original price of what they are retaining will be applied (and not the discounted price). The balance amount will be reimbursed within 14 working days via bank transfer only.
